General settings
Review and update supported operating settings, business location details and application appearance. Email-report configuration is described separately.
Keep pharmacy settings, workstations, printing and recovery services under control.
System Configuration covers general settings, cloud synchronization, backup and restore, workstation administration, thermal printing and operations controls. Available settings depend on deployment, role and permission; cloud sync preferences do not mean that Web itself executes the Desktop schedule.
Review what is configured, make authorized changes and distinguish a saved preference from a running service.
Review and update supported operating settings, business location details and application appearance. Email-report configuration is described separately.
Manage supported terminal configuration, test connections and revoke selected sessions where authorized.
Review and update supported thermal-printer settings such as receipt output, automatic printing and device behavior.
Authorize or disconnect the configured cloud source, review synchronization history, change supported schedule preferences, and perform permitted backup create, restore or delete actions.
In Cloud Synchronization, an authorized manager can create and verify a pharmacy database backup and upload it to the shared Google Drive rotation, review backup history, and restore or delete a selected backup with confirmation. Backup creation is available only in a server deployment; automatic backup-slot scheduling remains a Desktop operation. The separate Backup & Restore Manager screen does not currently complete its create/restore actions.
Use the operations-control workspace for supported service actions and read or reply to internal notifications where the user's role allows.
A saved setting, a successful test and a completed background operation are different states.
Review the current setting or connected workstation
Make changes permitted for the signed-in role
Test the supported connection or device
Review service or backup history to verify the result
Review workstation records and use supported connection or session controls.
Review the recorded synchronization or backup history rather than relying on the saved schedule alone.
Inspect the supported thermal-print settings and verify the device configuration.
The Web app exposes supported general settings, workstation controls, thermal-print configuration and cloud synchronization. Managers can create cloud backups from a server deployment and review history or restore/delete authorized backups; automatic backup-slot scheduling remains Desktop-operated. Data Integrity & Version Manager is excluded and Connection Health is not yet a Web workflow.
Settings and system commands are permission-controlled, and sensitive management actions require manager/admin roles. Web cloud backup creation requires a configured Google Drive connection, backup permission and a central-server deployment; restore/delete actions require manager authorization. Automatic backup-slot scheduling remains Desktop-operated. Data Integrity & Version Manager is excluded from Web, and Connection Health is not yet available.
System configuration capabilities are available according to the licensed deployment and assigned permissions. Access through the Web application requires an active Ultra license.
