Operating dashboard
The dashboard combines active-medicine and low-stock measures with operational health, active alerts, current status and refresh information. It is an at-a-glance view for the configured pharmacy.
See what needs attention across the pharmacy before it becomes tomorrow's problem.
Operations Center brings live pharmacy indicators into one working view: medicine activity, stock alerts, expiry exposure, frequently used products and operational service status. It helps managers decide where to look next; it is not a substitute for the underlying stock, sales or finance registers.
Use the indicators to spot a signal, then open the relevant operational module to investigate or act.

Stock monitors compare available quantities with the configured threshold and present low, critical or out-of-stock states for review.
Expiry variants group batch information by time remaining, so teams can identify which records need closer inspection.
The monitor displays leading medicine activity with quantities and revenue context where available.
Status cards report configured service states and backup-slot counts. A status display is not a command to run the corresponding Desktop process.
Authorized managers can export a combined Excel template for medicine and reference data, choose a populated or empty template, and include soft-deleted records where supported.
Validate a medicine-data file before changing records, then review row-level warnings, errors and the counts of new, updated and unchanged records. A dry run performs validation without committing changes.
When import writes are enabled for the deployment, authorized managers can commit validated medicine and reference data using supported conflict-handling modes. The workflow can create and verify a safety backup before import; overwrite mode requires a backup.
The Global Dashboard aggregates synchronized site snapshots for supported periods and indicators. Its figures reflect the latest uploaded snapshots, not a live connection to every branch.
The Operations Center surfaces attention points; the operational module owns the resulting change.
Review indicators and alerts
Open the relevant stock, expiry or business register
Investigate the record and act with the required permission
Return to the dashboard to monitor the updated signal
Review the stock-risk indicators and open the inventory records for details.
Use the expiry monitor to see the reported exposure and continue in the batch workflow.
Check the displayed synchronization, report and operational status; the card does not execute Desktop actions.
Yes. The supported import workflow validates a CSV or Excel template and previews row errors and proposed changes. Committing changes is permission-controlled and must be enabled for the deployment.
In Web & Remote Access, review read-oriented activity indicators, stock and expiry signals, service status and configured-site snapshots. Authorized managers can also export medicine-data templates and preview CSV or Excel imports; committing imported changes is manager-only and depends on Web writes being enabled for the deployment.
The dashboard is read-oriented and scoped to the signed-in user's pharmacy. Financial detail is manager-restricted; Global Dashboard site configuration and synchronization require manager or administrator authority. Data Migration is manager/admin-only; export and preview require view permission, while importing also requires execute/edit permission and must be enabled for the deployment.
Operations indicators are part of the core platform. Data Migration, Multi-Site Sync and Global Dashboard begin with Pro-Plus in the desktop edition structure; Web access to the private application requires an active Ultra license.
