A forecast is an estimate; disposal is a separate controlled operation.

The Web app provides expiry forecasting and expired-stock workflows. Disposal actions are restricted to authorized managers; forecasts estimate exposure and do not represent posted losses.
Expiry and disposal functions are manager/admin restricted. Disposal reports and approval require the relevant permission and manager-password confirmation; audit and transaction controls remain in effect.
Expiry and disposal capabilities are part of the core platform and included in Pro and cumulative higher editions. Web access requires an active Ultra license.
